I cannot say a single good thing about this company. I don’t mind over time but the expectation that this company should be your pride in life is disgusting at this point. They don’t care and will continue to ping you until they get an answer or call your cell phone! -The most I’ve ever heard someone get praised is when they worked over the weekend consistently or canceled their vacation to help the company. People don’t respect if you have a sick, vacation, busy, etc status on in slack or in emails. In the 10 days I’ve taken PTO days that were scheduled in advance, in the last 6 months, I’ve literally worked at least a few hours except one day. They don’t help their team, they just put all the blame on them but there is no guidance or leadership here. They would rather gossip about stupid things than do any work because they don’t know how to do their job. Severely under qualified people in higher ranks. Instead of fixing issues, they point fingers and cause more chaos. You can clearly tell they’re talking bad about others that were just on the call. They will be on a video call with people working remotely or in different departments, then the moment the call ends, all you hear is huffing and puffing and then the mangers will get in the corner and start whispering to each other. Management in office is so childish and they act like they’re in High School. A jail cell probably gets more lighting than this building. People eating at their desk and working during lunch is the norm here. I didn’t learn a single thing here, worse career move ever.
